Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast Children’s Clinical Hospital was founded in 1962 as first specialized institution to render medical assistance to children of the oblast. 17 specialized children’s units work at the hospital. Its total bed capacity is 460. At the clinic doctors with 29 specialties can receive 250 patients per one shift.
135 doctors and 435 paramedics work at the hospital.
The hospital offers high-quality assistance to in- and outpatients in Ivano-Frankivsk oblast. It also serves as a training base for specialization and raising the level of skills of doctors and paramedics.
The hospital has a great experience in cooperation with foreign partners and work in international projects. In part, it had been actively cooperating with Switzerland on a neonatal project. It had also been involved into UNICEF projects, in part, the Blossom of the Carpathians. This project was aimed at improving children’s health and development in rural regions of the Ivano-Frankivsk oblast.

- Anesthesiology Unit with Intensive Therapy Beds (6 beds);
- Newborns ICU (10 beds).
