On May 23, Kateryna Yushchenko visited the Lugansk Children’s Hospital, which takes part in the Hospital to Hospital Program.
She gave its little patients toys and books and also diagnostic endoscopic equipment, which was purchased by the Medservice- Garant Company.
In her speech, the President’s wife said: “We try to involve local and foreign philanthropists in the Hospital to Hospital program. We are thankful to the Medservice-Garant Company and particularly its director, Serhiy Tsysar, for buying this equipment and supporting our projects. We help children’s hospitals throughout Ukraine. Twenty-five hospitals participate in our program. Last year, the Ukraine 3000 Foundation and Procter&Gamble presented an ambulance to the Lugansk Hospital. I hope this vehicle has been really helpful.”
Then the First Lady visited some wards of the hospital.
