November 12, 2007, the proposals submitted at the bids competition for purchasing equipment for Odesa Oblast Children’s Hospital were opened at the Ukraine 3000 International Charitable Fund prtemises. Among the participants of the event were members of the Contest Committee and representatives of the contest participants.
In total, four proposals were submitted: from DIQ Private Enterprise, Ukrtelemed Ltd., Astra-Med State Enterprise, and BTL Ukrayina Ltd. All four bids were admitted to the competition.
The Contest Committee resolved to create an Expert Committee to process the bids with Director of the Ukraine 3000 Fund’s Medical Programs Department Vira Pavliuk. It was decided to invite independent experts to the Committee. The Committee members will process the proposals by November 13, 2007, 12:00 a.m. Kyiv time.
The next session of the Contest Committeee, announcing the winner, will take place November 13, 2007.
Purchasing medical equipment for the Odesa Oblast Children’s Hospital has become possible owing to the funds allotted by the Promtovarny Rynok Ltd., whose Director General is member of the Board of Trustees at the Odesa Oblast Children’s Hospital Viktor Dobriansky. The equipment set includes two ALV systems, two bed monitors, two infusomats, and two electric pumps.
