November 11, under complicated conditions connected with a power surge caused by a power line accident, the medical staff had been for a long period maintaining in working condition the life support equipment on their own. Anesthesiologist and IC doctor Tetiana Kylivnyk, nurses Alla Blikhar, Olena Danyltseva, Olena Kocherha, Hanna Popova, Yuliya Chaplyhina, and assistant nurse Nataliya Mamalat have proved themselves selfless, responsible, and professional workers.
All of them received copies of Mark Hrushevsky’s A Child in Ukrainian Folk Traditions and Beliefs with best wishes from Mrs. Yushchenko.
