Modern Audio Equipment Donated to Zaporizhzhia Oblast Clinical Children’s Hospital

October 17, 2008, Zaporizhzhia Oblast Clinical Children’s Hospital received modern audio equipment: diagnostic audiometer and extended-range impedance audiometer.

This event completed the Ukraine 3000 International Charitable Foundation’s and Procter & Gamble Ukraine’s joint action to donate modern equipment for children with impaired hearing to children’s hospitals.

The total cost of the equipment is UAH 500,000. Earlier equipment was passed to Children’s Clinical Hospital at the Ministry of Health Care of the Crimea, Chernihiv Oblast Children’s Hospital, and Volyn Oblast Children’s Territorial Medical Alliance.

Recall that Ukraine 3000 Foundation and Procter & Gamble Ukraine announced the start of their joint project to help children with impaired hearing July 18, 2008. The project envisaged donating modern diagnostic and rehabilitation equipment to four Ukrainian children’s hospital.

This action continues the Ukraine 3000 International Charitable Foundation’s and Procter & Gamble Ukraine’s long-term charitable project, Healthy Ukraine’s Children, implemented within the framework of the Foundation’s Hospital to Hospital program.
