Children’s Hospitals in Ukraine Receive Vaccines from Sanofi Pasteur

As it was announced April 3, 2008 Sanofi Pasteur Company has donated vaccines to Ukraine’s children’s hospitals: Avaxim for hepatitis A, Pneumo 23 for pneumococcal infection, and OCAVAX – for chicken pox.

In October, 7 Ukrainian hospitals have received the hepatitis A vaccine: the Children’s Clinical Hospital of the Crimean AR – 1000 doses, Odesa Oblast Children’s Clinical Hospital – 200 doses, Mykolayiv Oblast Children’s Clinical Hospital – 1000 doses, Chernihiv Oblast Children’s Clinical Hospital – 1190 doses, Rivne Oblast Children’s Hospital – 1000 doses, OKHMATDIT Ukrainian Children’s specialized Hospital, and Institute for Pediatrics – 25 doses, Obstetrics, and Gynecology of the Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine – 300 doses.
