The Ukraine 3000 International Charitable Foundation announces a bids competition to purchase medical equipment for 29 children’s hospitals in Ukraine.

The equipment set includes: patient monitoring system, medium class infant incubator, electric pump, pulsoximeter, syringe pump, digital and mechanical scales, photo therapy lamp, and emergency aid kit.
Natural and legal persons, irrespective of the type of ownership, place of registration, and location, confirming their intention to participate through sending an application, answering the Competition’s requirements, are invited to take part.
The participants should send their applications to 22A vul. Borychiv Tik, Kyiv, 04070, Ukraine.
The deadline for the applications is February 5, 2009, at 11 a.m. Kyiv time. If sent by regular mail, the letter has to be delivered by the said time.
The bids will be opened at the McDonald’s restaurant at 19A Khreshchatyk St., February 9, at 114:00 a.m., Kyiv time.
The Ukraine 3000 Foundation asks the potential participants of the competition to consider its charitable basis. We will appreciate their understanding and offering maximum discounts.
The equipment will be purchased as part of the Ukraine 3000 Foundation - McDonald’s Ukraine cooperation. This year, the World Children’s Day at McDonald’s brought UAH 1,607,000, contributed by visitors and staff members of the 63 McDonald’s restaurants in 19 Ukrainian cities.
The equipment will be passed over to 29 children’s hospitals in Ukraine in Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk, Zhytomyr, Zaporizhzhia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kyiv, Kirovohrad, Kremenchuk, Kryvy Rih, Luhansk, Lutsk, Lviv, Mykolayiv, Mukacheve, Odesa, Poltava, Rivne, Simferopol, Sevastopol, Sumy, Ternopil, Kharkiv, Kherson, Khmelnytsky, Cherkasy, Chernihiv, Chernivtsi, and Yalta.
