The priority area in Procter&Gamble’s charities is health care for Ukrainian children.

The Ukraine 3000 Foundation and Procter&Gamble Ukraine are cooperating since 2005 within the framework of their joint Healthy Ukraine’s Children program.

In October 2005, Ukraine 3000 Foundation and Procter&Gamble Ukraine donated for reanimobiles to Kirovohrad, Zakarpattia, and Luhansk Oblast Children’s Hospitals and Cherkasy Territorial Emergency Medical Aid and Catastrophe Medicine Center to the total of over UAH 1.5 million.

In spring 2006, the philanthropists organized a joint action to equip neonatology centers. Due to this action, Ivano-Frankivsk Children’s Hospital and Khmelnytsky City Children’s Hospital received medical equipment for their neonatology department to the total of UAH 773,000.

In 2008, for rendering timely help to Ukraine’s children with impaired hearing, audiology centers were re-equipped at children’s hospitals in the Southern, Northern, Eastern, and Western regions. Four children’s hospitals in the AR of the Crimea, Lutsk, Chernihiv, and Zaporizhzhia, received sets of modern equipment to the total of UAH 500,000.
