Due to the Board of Trustees, the hospital has received aid to the amount of UAH 172,000. In part, its units were refurbished (UAH 58,000), electric breast pumps purchased (UAH 16,000), and blood gases analyzer installed (UAH 98,000).
Due to the activity of the Head of the Board of Trustees, Head of the Verkhovna Rada of the Crimean AR Anatoly Hritsenko, additional budget funds were allotted for purchasing equipment for the Newborns’ ICU (3 APV systems, 3 clinical newborn incubators, and a blood gases analyzer) to the sum of UAH 960, 000.
In October 2007, due to the Head and Deputy Head of the Board of Trustees, ways were found to allot additional budget funding to the sum of UAH four million to purchase equipment for the Newborns’ ICU and Surgery Block, and finish the refurbishing of the surgery rooms. A meeting of the Board of Trustees approved the decision and found funds (approximately UAH 150,000) to found a chapel at the hospital.
