Due to the Board of Trustees, the oblast and city community were informed on the situation with budget funds draft and charitable aid application. Due to the effort of the Board, in 2007 the hospital has received medical equipment to the total of over 1,000,000 hryvnias.
With the support of the Board members, every little patient received presents for St. Nicholas Day, the New Year, Christmas, and Children’s Day. Besides, funds were involved for repairs at the Therapy Two, swimming pool, lab, Newborn’s ICU, land improvements in the Surgery grounds, organizing a playground, planting flowerbeds, and installing benches.
Due to the Board of Trustees, the Zakarpattia Oblast Children’s Hospital athletic team has got sponsors for participation in the sports day for oblast medical workers. The Board of Trustees’ activities are being covered by local media.
